3. How we use your information

 

  1. Service delivery – to receive, send and store WhatsApp messages you exchange with us.

  2. Customer support – to resolve questions and complaints.

  3. Order processing & invoicing – to confirm purchases and payments.

  4. Analytics – to improve response times and service quality (aggregated, no profiling).

  5. Legal compliance – to meet tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations.

 


 

4. Legal bases for processing

 

We process personal data under one or more of the following bases:

  • Contract – handling enquiries and fulfilling orders.

  • Legitimate interest – monitoring and improving our services.

  • Consent – sending optional marketing messages (you may withdraw any time).

  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – as the provider of WhatsApp Cloud API.

  • Payment or logistics partners – only when needed to complete an order (e.g. courier receives your name, phone and delivery address).

  • Professional advisers & authorities – auditors, lawyers, regulators where disclosure is required by law.

  • We never sell or rent your personal data.

 


 

6. Data retention

 

  • WhatsApp messages: 18 months after the last interaction, unless deletion is requested earlier.

  • Billing records: 7 years (tax law).

  • Deleted chat messages are removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

 


 

7. International transfers

 

Our primary servers are located in Pakistan. WhatsApp Cloud API may process data in the United States; Meta relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard transfers.


 

8. Your rights

 

You may request to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact support@taxhisaab.com; we will respond within 30 days.


 

9. Data-deletion requests

 

Send “DELETE MY DATA” to our WhatsApp number or email us. We will erase chat history (except records we must keep for legal reasons) and confirm completion.


 

10. Security

 

We employ encryption in transit (HTTPS/WebSocket TLS), role-based access controls, and regular penetration testing. No security measure is perfect, but we take industry-standard precautions to protect your data.


 

11. Children

 

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.


 

12. Changes to this policy

 

We may update this policy from time to time.
